Refurbishments which included upgrading the branches and wanting to enhance the customer experience, and bring in a more modern Branch with the new brand proposal.After initial meetings and discussions with the client a brief was established
and a full understanding gained of their aspirations and requirements with a particular focus on the client’s brand to create a new vibrant branch space with customer engagement areas. Once the designs and a final layout were agreed our team started the works.The result is a stunning modern branch which allows the building
society to engage with its customers and reflects the history and ethos of Dudley Building Society. Key to the success of the branch refurbishment programme is the trust and partnership established between Mee Refurb and the Building Society.Build phase included
