We incorporated new agile working practices, and the latest workplace technology with a more modern design and aesthetic for the new Magma office space. We provided them with the opportunity for a more collaborative and open style of working.

Working closely with Mark Tuckwell Partner, Mee Refurb as Principal Contractor and Workplace Designer provided a very high quality fit-out, creating a reception area, meeting rooms, open plan office space, staff breakout area, informal meeting areas, bespoke storage wall, and Mobile Racking to accommodate filing in a space effective manner. The end result was an outstanding working environment. All Furniture and storage was sourced and installed to complete a stunning Interior.

Mee also provided external landscaping, creating a “Boules” area, Outdoor Table Tennis, Bench area, and Shrubbery to allow the staff to work and socialise outside. Build phase included:

Strip out, M&E and data works, lighting, electrics, blinds, toilets, smoke detection. Partitioning, ceilings, kitchen, carpets and flooring, bespoke storage wall, and storage cabinets. Systems furniture including bench desking, soft seating, breakout seating, Boardroom Furniture. Works were carried out under CDM, and we provided building regulations approval.
