Due to continued growth within the Company, St Modwen, the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, decided to move their St Modwen Homes division from their existing office at Longbridge Park Point, into a first floor office space located at 2- Devon Way, Longbridge.

As part of the move and to reflect their culture, St Modwen wanted to incorporate new agile working practices, and the latest workplace technology with a more modern design and aesthetic for the space. The move would also provide the opportunity for a more collaborative and open style of working.

Working closely with the St Modwen project team, Hemingway Design, and RPS project Management, Mee Refurb as Principal Contractor and Principal Designer provided a very high quality fit-out, creating a reception area, extensive meeting room suites, executive area, open plan office space, staff breakout area, informal meeting hub areas and ultimately an outstanding working environment.

All furniture was sourced and installed to complete a stunning interior.

Build phase included:

Strip out, M&E and data works, lighting, electrics, blinds, toilets, smoke detection. Partitioning, ceilings, bespoke kitchen, carpets and flooring, bespoke storage wall, bespoke Media wall and storage cabinets. Systems furniture including electric height adjustable desks, soft seating, breakout seating, Boardroom Furniture.

Works were carried out under CDM, and we provided building regulations approval.
